Worms Revolution Brings Matt Berry Aboard

Worms Revolution Brings Matt Berry Aboard

You may know Matt Berry from his unforgettably arrogant and idiotic characters in The IT Crowd, Garth Marenghi’s Darkplace. If you don’t, you should. They’re two of the best comedy shows ever to grace the world with their presence, and Matt Berry is preposterously hilarious in both. Especially managing to fill the void left by Chris Morris on The IT Crowd. Thankfully for gamers, he’s showing up on one of our favourite upcoming games: Worms Revolution. He will be voicing the unseen Don Keystone: a wildlife documentary maker.

This is a fantastic premise. Worms has a delightful sense of silliness anyway, and I can only see more hilarity ensuing from the whole thing playing out in front of a heavily confused naturalist. The script is going to be written by Dean Wilkinson who’s won BAFTAs in the past and has written for both LittleBigPlanet games as well as the slightly more serious, but utterly marvellous Driver: San Francisco. Don’t let this last part of his CV cloud your view of a quality writer: he’s written for Ant and Dec for more than 7 years.

All About Dan Spicer ...

Dan does "What Dan Does", normally involving screwing over the premise of the game just to have fun. When he's not being obnoxious in video games he's doing the same when playing tabletop RPGs and Magic: The Gathering. He's currently studying philosophy in London, and trying to cook as many pancakes as humanly possible.
