Bethesda Releases First Official Trailer for Dawnguard

With a few leaks on the Internet, Bethesda decided to let the world know that the first DLC pack for Skyrim, titled Dawnguard, was coming this summer. Now, we have the first trailer from the development team and it puts together an interesting story.

From the outside, it seems that this expansion will deal with the plight of a vampiric cult, including those that change into horrible looking flying beasts and feast on the blood and souls of innocent victims. Charged with defeating this menace is the Dawnguard, a group that defends the light and strikes down these beasts with impunity.

Of course, there is probably a deeper theme coming across here that we will see in more trailers and at E3, but we do know it is coming this summer and seems to be a timed exclusive on the Xbox 360 at 1600 Microsoft Points. Watch the trailer below.
