Mass Effect 3 extended cut and “Earth” DLC leaked

Mass Effect 3 extended cut and “Earth” DLC leaked

BioWare seems to be very bad at keeping any DLC plans under lock and key when it comes to Mass Effect, luckily for all of us however it means some fresh information to keep us news hungry gamers happy for a while. Both the Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut and a new pack of content named simply Earth get a quick blurb in this leaked information.

You can check out the full descriptions of the content that was spotted by an eagle eyed Reddit user just below. Earth comes with a set of new weapons and maps for the multiplayer, much like the previous Rebellion and Resurgence packs, this time however new weapon mods are also being added to the mix. Also said to be included are six new human N7 operatives, probably one for each of the classes though the names of each don’t give any clear indication.

Mass Effect 3: Extended Cut: An expanded ending for Mass Effect 3. Additional scenes and an extended epilogue reveal the impact of Shepard’s choices on the future of the galaxy.

Mass Effect 3: Earth: The fighting is fiercest when it’s your home at stake! Mass Effect 3™: Earth adds mods, gear, and new maps for Rio, Vancouver, and London. It features 3 new weapons: Piranha assault shotgun, Acolyte pistol, and Typhoon light machine gun. Six new human N7 classes are also available: Destroyer, Paladin, Demolisher, Slayer, Shadow, and Fury!

Mass Effect 3 fans disgruntled at the ending – does this make things any better, or is it too little too late? Anyone still playing the multiplayer excited that you may be getting some maps on the home turf? Let us know in the comments below or join us on the forums. As always we’ll bring you more news on this content as we get it.
