Free content coming to celebrate three years of Battlefield Heroes

Players of free to play shooter Battlefield Heroes, all 12 million plus of you, are being treated to a bunch of digital goodies to celebrate its three year anniversary. You’ll get a new map to wage war in and a set of packs to enhance your character, a new way to earn Experience and Valor points is being introduced also.

Fortress Frenzy is the new map that is being made available – based on a small island with six bridges on each side allowing for you to traverse on and off the main area. Treasure chests are also being introduced, there will grant players special rewards for kills along with the mission system being expanded promising additional opportunities to earn Valor points and experience. If you play between 25th June and 1st July you’ll also get a National and Royal Party Pack containing a Battlefield Heroes Birthday t-shirt for your character, a three day Tricycle Emote and a new treasure chest key.

Battlefield Heroes is the free to play browser equivalent of it’s bigger brothers – taking the fun from these game and giving it a new perspective featuring cartoon style graphics, monthly content updates, a vibrant community and lots more.
