Weekly Releases: The Secret World, Theatrhythm Final Fantasy

We never thought we’d envision a Final Fantasy themed music game, but now we’re about to see it in action. This summer will see yet another draught of game titles, but at least we’re headed into July with a few titles to keep us busy. We’re also assuming you’re still playing Skyrim‘s Dawnguard, right? …right?

This week sees the release of Funcom’s The Secret World, an MMO that features both contemporary settings coupled with magics of old. An interesting meshing of conspiracy theories, true and false histories, and pop culture will be featured in this game that promises to be quite the adventure for those of us who want to step foot into something a little different.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy sees its release in both North America and Europe this week too. Following a decent release in Japan, fans of the fabled-RPG series will finally be able to get their chance to play it on their 3DS.
