Halo 4 Limited Edition Console lets you own Forerunner Technology
Last week it was just another addition to the rumour mill, but now however the Halo 4 Xbox 360 console has become a reality for the US and Europe. Unveiled at Comic Con over the weekend, there will be a special edition console with a pair of controllers and a copy of the game as previously leaked, along with another unique controller variant sold separately.
The limited edition Halo 4 console will be designed to fit in with the theme of the game, featuring a very Forerunner style with a blue ring of light and a 320 GB hard drive. Also packed in with the console are two controllers featuring a similar design, blue ring of light and transforming d-pad. As you’d expect you also get a wired headset, standard edition copy of Halo 4 and some exclusive downloadable content for the game and your avatar. On top of this fans will be able to buy an alternative controller separately – this will feature the UNSC eagle emblem on a see through grey controller chassis. The blue lights will also be present around the guide button, transforming d-pad, and some exclusive DLC will be included for your avatar just to sweeten the deal.
Halo fans will be able to pick up all this limited edition hardware the same day Halo 4 releases on November 6th. The console bundle will cost $399.99/£269.99 and the controller will have an RRP of $59.99/£39.99.
