Vigil Lets You Have Death Your Way

When you receive a trailer that is titled, Your Death, you tend to get a bit concerned when opening it. Thankfully in this case, we are talking about Death from the upcoming Vigil and THQ title, Darksiders II. It also points to the new idea that you can customize the character of Death to your liking with several new features.

Loot, which is all the rage nowadays, is rearing its head in Darksiders 2, allowing you to pick up all sorts of weapons and armor, giving you thousands of ways to make Death look like your own creation. You can also find Possessed items that can be fed lesser equipment to power up their attack or defense bonuses. You can also pick your path of skills as you get two full skill trees based on melee or magic.

Even better was the mention of even more powerful weapons being unlocked as you play through New Game+, and the idea that the world in Darksiders II is far more open this time around, allowing you to do more exploring and finding new places if you are determined to do so.
