Ready, Jet Set, Radio! – The Popular Deamcast Game Heads to Consoles Next Month

Remember the Dreamcast? It had that awesome game Jet Set Radio that involved roller blading and spraying graffiti? Of course you do thanks to our news stories here, here and here. Well the re-release of this title has finally got a release date for the home consoles, Steam and Playstation Vita.

This means you’ll be able to return to the cel-shaded streets of Tokyo to cause mayhem amongst its populace using spray paint, followed by frantically skating away from the police. As expected the game will be presented in HD, as per the other Dreamcast classics that made their way to consoles recently.

Jet Set Radio will be available for $9.99/800 Microsoft points when it comes to Playstation Network on September 18th, then a day later on September 19th for Xbox Live Arcade and Steam. If you’re a Playstation Plus subscriber though you’ll get the game a week early on 11th September and then it comes to the Vita a month later on October 16th for the same price. iOS and Android version have not be given a release date as yet.
