Bandai Namco Games & Little Orbit Announces Violetta: Rhythm & Music

Little Orbit, a worldwide video game publisher, announces Violetta: Rhythm & Music based on the hugely successful tween telenovela, Violetta. The musical rhythm game will immerse players into Violetta’s star-studded world playing as Violetta and performing hits from the hit television show. The game will launch in Europe, Australasia and Latin America for Nintendo Wii, 3DS and DS on September 26th, 2014.

Play as Violetta in the first-ever video game based on the smash hit television show! Featuring hit songs from the show’s star Martina Stoessel, players will experience all the excitement of a star performer with creative rhythm games based on both song writing and performing. Kids can play along to music videos on the Wii and 3DS platforms and as Violetta on the DS. Violetta fans will put their knowledge to the test with creative quiz questions from the entire Violetta universe!

We are excited to bring the first-ever video game based on this wildly popular show to fans across Europe and Latin America,” said Matt Scott, CEO of Little Orbit. “The game will provide fans with a truly immersive experience as they become star performers with hit songs straight from the show.”

The Violetta TV show tells the story of a musically talented teenager who returns to her hometown of Buenos Aires with her father after living in Europe for several years. There she finds friends, discovers true love and a passion for music as she navigates the trials and tribulations of growing up. Each episode includes original musical numbers from diverse musical genres.

Published by Little Orbit, LLC, Violetta: Rhythm & Music will be distributed in EMEA and Australasian territories by leading video game publisher and developer, BANDAI NAMCO Games Europe S.A.S.

Gaming since I was 8, I've been loving every minute of it! Very open minded, I'll try any genre. Love games from Lumines to Call of Duty. To the most niche games like Cross Edge to Gears of War, I'll play anything once!
