Whilst it may not be that big of a surprise that a sequel to the popular Forza Motorsport series is in the works, its timing is somewhat of interest.
At the North American Motor Show earlier, Ford lifted the veils off of the new Ford GT. In tandem with this reveal at Ford’s stage, Turn 10 joined the stage to reveal the next entry in the Forza series.
The timing is specific, as the Ford GT is going to be the poster-boy of the game’s cover art, and will be available to play in game alongside the Shelby GT350 Mustang and the F-150 Raptor.

Unlike the most recent game in the series Forza Horizon 2, which we reviewed earlier, Forza Motorsport 6 will be an Xbox One exclusive. We’re to expect gameplay footage at E3 this June along with any more tasty details to follow along.
I’d hedge my bets on some big hitters this year, especially since this year marks the tenth anniversary of the Forza series. We’ll keep ’em peeled for you.
