Sony has finally announced the PlayStation 4 slim model.
From here on out this new slim model will be the standard PS4 model, and will launch in just over a week. Though early units have been out in the wild for a few weeks.
The console’s official launch date will be 15th September. It costs £259 in the UK, or $299 in the US. The new slim console will now run alongside the new 4K output console Playstation 4 Pro, also announced at the meeting.
