Bethesda has confirmed that Doom is now available for the Nintendo Switch. The Switch version was developed by id Software and Panic Button. The game features the critically acclaimed single player content and a post-release update can be downloaded to enjoy the crazy multiplayer. The Switch version also includes all of the original 2016 release’s post launch DLC such as multiplayer content and Arcade mode.

“We’re excited to welcome Nintendo fans back to the world of DOOM,” said Marty Stratton, executive producer at id Software. “This game is all about powerful guns, crazy demons, and fast, relentless gameplay, which we think Switch players will really enjoy.”

I reviewed the Xbox One version last year and I loved it. Now Switch owners can finally join on the fun. Better late than never!
