If you liked our review of Episode 1, you’ll be pleased to know that the second episode of the The Council, “Hide and Seek,” will be released on May 17, 2018. We’ve also got a new trailer and screenshots for you.
Hide and Seek continues the story of Louis de Richet as he deals with the dramatic results of his actions in Episode One. He must continue his investigation into the disappearance of his mother, Sarah, while dealing with the newly-arrived Spanish head of state, the finally-revealed Lord Mortimer, and the quickly-forming factions on the island.
You’ll get the first looks in the teaser screenshots of new areas to explore in the mansion, along with new characters who bring dire news and shocking revelations to the island. Who will you side with? Who can you trust? And how will you find Sarah de Richet?
If you own the complete season, or the season pass, you’ll get a two day head start, with all of Episode Two being playable from May 15, 2018, as well as providing access to all future episodes when they release. Episode One, The Mad Ones, will be required to run Episode Two.
