New CGI Short Shows Artyom Dream Of The World Outside the Metro

Artyom descends into nightmares as he contemplates the journey ahead.

Stunning CGI animation Metro Exodus: Artyom’s Nightmare shows the horrors of the world outside the safety of the Metro. Deep Silver and 4A Games unveiled this glorious short to give us some background on Metro protagonist Artyom. In this dream-like prologue to the events of Metro Exodus, we explore Artyom’s hopes and fears of a life beyond the ruins of the Moscow Metro in post-apocalyptic Russia.

Inspired by the novels of Dmitry Glukhovsky, Metro Exodus continues Artyom’s story as he leaves the relative safety of the Metro and leads a band of Spartan Rangers across a treacherous open world in the search for a new life in the East.

Metro Exodus releases on February 15 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
