Netflix has announced that the much anticipated Witcher adaptation will be coming to your screens later this year.
Man of Steel, Henry Cavill will be donning the long pale white locks of Geralt of Riveria in the upcoming adaptation as previously revealed back in September. The upcoming series will be drawing it’s influence from the novels by Andrzej Sapkowsk rather than the game series developed by CD Projekt Red.
The first season will be eight episodes long, lasting around an hour for each episode. Geralt will be joined by familiar faces, Yennefer and Ciri.
The Witcher is currently filming in Eastern Europe and will air late 2019.
