SkyBox Labs, current co-developer of the upcoming Halo Infinite, will be bringing Stela, a cinematic platformer about a young woman witnessing the final days of a mysterious ancient world, to Nintendo Switch and PC on March 13th for $19.99.
This definitive version will include post-release content already available on Xbox One and Apple Arcade, plus a final update.
Players will traverse remnants of a dying civilization, solve gargantuan puzzles and escape the clutches of ravenous monsters by running, climbing and sneaking through environments handcrafted to evoke a sense of beauty and decay.
Here’s what Shyang Kong, Co-Founder, SkyBox Labs, had to say:
“Everything in Stela – the music, the monsters, the environments – exists in service of the story. We’ve received lots of great feedback from Stela’s players and have worked to improve the narrative experience alongside ports to new platforms, making it the perfect version for new fans while offering those who tried it the first time around plenty of reasons to revisit the tale.”
