One Hour Tour: Rogue Trooper Redux

Welcome to this week’s One Hour Tour! This time, I’m taking through a bit of Rebellion’s Rogue Trooper Redux. A remake of the 2006 third person shooter inspired by the Rogue Trooper comics. TickTock Games did a wonderful job bringing this game up to par. While obviously no Sniper Elite 4 visually speaking, the gameplay holds up pretty well and the game looks great for a budget priced title. Easily one my favorite game this year. And yes it was one my favorites way back in 2006....

One Hour Tour: Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition

Welcome to this week’s One Hour Tour! After patiently waiting for Capcom to provide a more complete experience, I finally give Street Fighter V a spin. Keep in mind I purchased Street Fighter V on Day one two years ago for that sweet Ryu statue that came with the limited edition. After rumblings of the game being a glorified demo, I refused to play it. And I’m a long time Street Fighter fan dating back to the Super NES era. Although Capcom said they’d never release another edition of SFV, they clearly went back on their word. And well...

One Hour Tour: Red Faction II

Welcome to a new One Hour Tour! This time I wanted to do something special and put up a video of an older game. Red Faction II was definitely one of my favorite shooters during the PS2/GC/Xbox era. The level of in-game destruction at the time was actually quite impressive. While not everything was destructible, some covers were allowing the enemy to shoot you through it and vice versa. As I picked this up on PSN, I realized that the gameplay still holds up pretty well by today’s standards....
