There’s a new gameplay trailer for This is the Police 2

THQ have surprised us all with a new trailer for This is the Police 2! Back in the big city, Police Chief Jack Boyd, the protagonist of This Is the Police, was too deeply mired in bureaucracy to pay much attention to field tactics. But in Sharpwood, a cold frontier town where a young woman named Lilly Reed has recently become sheriff, you’ll need to take a new approach and take your cops under direct control during particularly difficult and dangerous missions. When this happens, the game will switch to turn based combat; gather your team and get the best position, but try your best not to kill your suspect. Study the terrain, constantly adapt your plans, stealthily approach your suspects and use non-lethal weapons and equipment. Unless, of course, you bartered them for a dozen cans of tuna. Sometimes gunfights are almost impossible to avoid, but be careful when that happens: This Is the Police 2 doesn’t have hit points. A single bullet can cost a cop their life, and you’ve only got one of those. This is the Police 2 will release later in 2018 for PC/Mac, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One (including the Xbox One...

There’s been a new expansion announced for EVE Online!

Today at EVE fanfest, CCP Games have announced “Into the Abyss,” the newest expansion for EVE Online, that will be delivered as a free update for all players in May 2018. Plus, to celebrate its 15th anniversary, CCP Games has also released the below video for you to enjoy: This will be a new adventure for players, inviting them to explore uncharted galaxies with previously unknown life forms, and of course, comes with high risk and high reward. Players can enter pockets of Abyssal Deadspace from almost anywhere in New Eden, and upon entry, fight and explore their way through a series of unpredictable encounters, fighting tooth and nail for that sweet, highly valuable cargo. You’ll be looking for the new mutaplasmids, only found in Abyssal Deadspace. Mutaplasmids can be combined with existing modules to transform them into Abyssal modules, potentially increasing their power vastly, or breaking them beyond repair. The challenges will become more difficult the deeper you venture into Abyssal Deadspace, and failure means death, so it’s up to you as to whether you think it’s worth the risk. “At CCP, our mission is to build together with our players a true virtual world, with real relationships and real emotions and...
