Attention Abe sympathisers!

If you’ve harboured a burning desire to help the strange-looking inhabitant of Oddworld in his latest outing, Oddworld: New ‘N’ Tasty, but couldn’t because either a) your application for an Oddworld working visa was denied, or b) you weren’t a PS4 owner, then boy, do we have some fantastic news for you!

Oddworld Inhabitants Inc. today excitedly announced that their most recent Abetastic game, Oddworld: New ‘N’ Tasty, will soon be launching on Steam, Xbox One and PS3 platforms, and will include all the recent updates and improvements to the highly rated PS4 version; this means ‘old-school’ control settings and QuikSave/QuikLoad functions are back in addition to online leaderboards and a whole host of unlockable achievements, as well as cloud saves for Steam players.

Oddworld: New ‘N’ Tasty is currently scheduled for a February 25th release for Windows PC, Mac and Linux on Steam, and will be priced at £15/$20 (10% off if pre-ordered). Unfortunately, Xbox One and PS3 owners will have to wait a little longer before they’re able to give a helping hand to that bug-eyed friend of theirs, with a release date slated for sometime early March. Until then, here are a few ‘New ‘N’ Tasty’ screenshots of Abe just ‘doin’ his thing’:
