Indie developers Renegade Kid and publisher Gambitious Digital Entertainment announced that the 3DS and PC modern classic, Xeodrifter, will be making its way to PS4 and PS Vita 2 weeks from now, on September 1st, for $9.99 / £7.99 / 9.99 €. The game will also feature cross-buy support.
Xeodrifter puts players in the role of a galaxy traversing nomad whose ship becomes damaged and stranded in the dark void space. To rebuild his ship and go home, players will discover four sprawling planets, unlocking new abilities along the way to further their means of exploration, upgrade weapons, and become a more formidable threat to the dangerous inhabitants of these strange worlds. Fans of Metroid might want to keep an eye on this one.
