Back to the Future: The Game, which originally came out in 2011, will be remastered for the original film’s 30th anniversary. The anniversary edition will be releasing on October 13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Xbox 360 both digitally and through retail.
The new version will feature updated graphics and textures as well as new vocal talent from Tom Wilson, who acted as Biff Tannen in the movies. The edition will also include a behind the scenes video in which the movie trilogy’s co-writer and producer, Bob Gale, will be interviewed along with Tom Wilson, members of the development team and AJ LoCascio- the voice of Marty McFly.
Back to the Future: The Game is set six months after the events of Back to the Future Part III. The time machine mysteriously returns to Hill Valley sans a driver so Marty must go back to 1931, with reluctant teenager Emmett Brown, in order to save 1985’s Doc.
