Bad news for Deus Ex fans.
In order to provide a quality experience to gaming fans, Eidos Montreal made the tough decision to move Deus Ex: Mankind Divided’s release from February 2016 to August 23rd 2016.
“Our aim is for it to be a worthy successor to Human Revolution, and to improve upon that game in every way possible. I know that expectations are extremely high, and we not only want to meet those expectations, but exceed them.” said David Anfossi; Eidos-Montreal Head of Studio.
I guess we’ll have to be a bit more patient before experiencing Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Moving the game from February to August might also be a move to make sure the game doesn’t release alongside other highly anticipated games such as Street Fighter V as early 2016 is setting up to be jampacked. And with most summers being known as gaming drought for a lot of gamers, it’d give the game all the freedom to rule the world; so to speak.
