Konami has revealed new downloadable content for Metal Gear Online. Titled ‘Cloaked in Silence’, the new add-on will be released in March and adds a new bevvy of content:
Three new naps
- Coral Complex
- Rust Palace
- Azure Mountain
Legendary sniper Quiet will make her debut as a playable character in MGO. The three maps and new character will set you back €3.99.
The new DLC also adds the Appeal Action feature, which triggers a unique character pose known as APPEAL ACTION. Players can preset up to five different slots per character with additional Appeal Action packs available for purchase online. Each pack will cost €1.99.
Along with the paid DLC, Konami has released a free update which includes a brand new competitive mission called Sabotage. Attackers must destroy or fulton an enemy missile before the round expires; but to access the missile, attackers must first hack into the Terminals to deactivate the Electromagnetic (EM) Barrier that is protecting it. Once the Terminals are hacked and the EM Barrier is deactivated, defenders can choose to reactivate the Barrier or protect the Missile.
