LEGO Marvel’s Avengers is soon to be getting its first downloadable content, unleashing the power of Captain Marvel and more.
The Classic Captain Marvel Character & Level Pack contains a set of eight playable characters, a vehicle and a new level, including the following; Captain Marvel, Captain Marvel’s Skycycle, Helen Cobb’s Plane, Kang The Conqueror, Magnitron, Moonstone, Poundcakes, Tic, Warbird, and Wonder Man.
The second part of the DLC will be the Classic The Masters of Evil Character & Level Pack, giving players eleven new playable character and a new level. These new assets will be Baron Zemo, Black Knight (Dane Whitman), Black Knight (Nathan Garrett), Enchantress, Executioner, Iron Man (Classic), Melter, Radioactive Man, Thor (Classic), Valinor, and Whirlwind.
This announcement also detailed some more DLC to come later on this season, including the following:
- Classic Black Panther Character & Level Pack:
- Aragorn, Black Knight (Augustine du Lac), Black Panther, Black Panther Skybike, Dora Milaje Warrior, Killmonger, Man-Ape (M’Baku), Shuri, Ulysses Klaw (Classic), and White Wolf
- All-New, All-Different Doctor Strange Character & Level Pack
- Baron Mordo, Clea, Doctor Strange, Doctor Voodoo, Dormammu, Jennifer Kale, Mindless One Warrior, and Night Nurse
- Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Character & Level Pack
- Agent Daisy Johnson, Agent Leo Fitz, Agent Koenig, Agent Melinda May, Agent Bobbi Morse, Agent Jemma Simmons, Cal Johnson/Mr. Hyde, Deathlok, Gordon, Grant Ward, Jiaying, Lincoln, Raina, and The Bus
As well as all of this, for those who have purchased the Season Pass, three new character packs will be available for free; The Avengers Explorer Character Pack (Iron Skull, Scuba Iron Man, and Space Iron Man), The Avengers Adventurer Character Pack (Hyperion, Scuba Captain America, and Space Captain America) and Thunderbolts Character Pack (Atlas, Citizen V, Jolt, Mach V, Meteorite, Songbird, and Techno).
The Season Pass is available for £7.99 on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U and Steam, or each pack can be purchased on their own for £2.49 each, or for those that don’t own the game already, the Digital Deluxe Edition contains the game and the Season Pass (Xbox One, PS4 and Steam only).
The first DLC pack will release on March 29th – for those that are overwhelmed by the sheer quantity of new content, that is the Classic Captain Marvel Character & Level Pack and The Masters of Evil Character & Level Pack.
