Plethora Project and Devolver Digital teamed up to create Block’Hood – a neighbourhood-building simulator. The latest update to the game allows animals and humans to coexist in their habitats.

New animals and humans will come to live in the neighbourhood, depending on the different configuration of the units placed. A challenge tracker has also been added in, so players can see their progress and plan their strategy going forward. ‘Advanced blocks’ are making an appearance, so players can choose to make their food organic, or processed, each with their own set of challenges and factors to take into account.

Block’Hood allows players to grow to understand ecology and resources, as well as space management and upkeep. The game is in Steam Early Access currently, and can be purchased for £6.99.
