Cyanide has recently released two new images from the Call of Cthulhu video game.
This ‘RPG-Investigation’ title is set in the 1920s where players control a private investigator, Edward Pierce as he investigates the death of Sarah Hawkins and her family.
While the game is set on Darkwater Island, the images from Cyanide show the docks and the manor of the Hawkins family. The atmosphere and design of the gameplay great homage to Lovecraft and his work, with dark, creeping shadows and heavy ambiance.
In 2017, PC and console players will be able to hear the Call of Cthulhu and uncover the mysteries of Darkwater Island.
