Team EnVyUs is the Call of Duty World League Champion!
They overcame top European team Splyce on Sunday and won the first ever title for the Call of Duty World League Championship on the PS4. The winners took home the biggest prize purse in Call of Duty history: $2 million.

The competition was held in front of a sold out crowd of thousands of fans, at the Forum in Inglewood, as well as being streamed on Twitch, MLG.TV, YouTube, and the in-game Live Event Viewer. As we gear up for the CWL Championship, CoD fans have seen more than 1.1 billion minutes of content across 100 million tune ins.

More than one thousand teams entered the CWL, with thirty two elite teams making it to the World Championships. The CWL Championship was part of the biggest ever fan celebration at Call of Duty XP 2016, and featured the debut of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s multiplayer. Fans were the first in the world to get to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered’s multiplayer, new Call of Duty: Black Ops III’s DLC, and the first Call of Duty VR experience. Attendees also got to have a go at Nuketown paintball, zombies laser tag and other events celebrating the franchise.
