Developers AlternativaPlatform announced an open beta for their upcoming Tanki X game. The beta begins on September 15th and players can sign up here.
There will be no account resets as players will get to keep their progress and achievements even after the official launch.
Tanki X features fast-paced futuristic tank combat against real players. This is not some detail-heavy simulation with bricks for manuals and hundreds of statistics to memorize. Tanki X is easy to jump into, fun to play, and offers fast and furious gameplay with fully customizable futuristic tanks across a collection of exciting and dynamic arenas.
During its time in Closed Beta, Tanki X has rallied a large and engaged community as more than 50 million players from around the world have enjoyed its predecessor, Tanki Online.
AlternativaPlatform will be adding a bevvy of new features during the open beta such as extensive options for tank customization via paints, skins and stickers, making each player’s tank “their own” and helping it stand out on the battlefield.
Additionally, new modules (turrets, hulls, etc.) will also be added during final development. These new components will help players design a tank for every role, be it an all-out assault vehicle, a sneaky sniper, an in-your face close-combat flamethrower, or a combat support tank. The developers will also release new maps, providing players with diverse battlegrounds and fresh challenges.
More improvements and new features will be released during Open Beta such as refined matchmaking system to better enable quick battles with balanced teams, while adding lobbies for friends and premade teams who want to play together.
