505 Games revealed that they will bring 34BigThings’s wildly popular arcade racing game, Redout, to PS4 and Xbox One later this year.

RedOut takes arcade racing enjoyed in such classics as F-Zero, WipeOut, and Rollcage to the next level with a fast, uncompromising, and satisfying driving experience on the Unreal 4 Engine.

The game features both a career and online multiplayer. The former includes 93 different racing events while the latter lets up to 12 players races against one another. All 93 events will take place across 25 different tracks scattered around 5 locations on a post-apocalyptic Earth. RedOut also features a wide variety of modes: Race, Pure Race, Time Attack, Pure Time Attack, Speed, Instagib, Survival, Score Based Endurance, Last Man Standing, Arena Race.

To make sure you reach first place, players will be able to pick up 12 upgradable power-ups: additional turbo, shields, self-repair drone, advanced grip system, slipstream enhancers; just to name a few.
