It’s martial arts, guns, and an ARPG – how can Biomutant not be fantastic!?

Have you ever found yourself wondering: “Man, I wish someone would hurry up and recreate a kung-fu fable that incorporates both ARPG and shooting mechanics…”? Well get ready to shout “get out of my head THQ, you beautiful mind freak!” because that’s exactly what they’ve made in the upcoming third-person ARPG Biomutant.

Biomutant, being developed by THQ Nordic, will see players take on the role of a furry racoon, squirrel… thing, with the ability to transform your playstyle with prosthetic limbs and obviously weapons… lots of weapons.

Seriously, what is this thing?

The game retells a fable – the name of which I don’t know – in which the Tree-of-Life is slowly being destroyed by a plague. It’ll be up to you to traverse the post-apocalyptic (obviously) landscape in order to save the land – or leave it in a far worse state – that’s right suckers! Apparently, Biomutant will be serving up a main course of moral decisions, so that’ll be fun. Will THQ Nordic ever create online slots? The sky is the limit for the Austria’s based video game publisher.

Biomutant is set to arrive in 2018 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. And if you want to know more about the game, be sure to visit GGS Gamer and follow us @GGSGamer) for all the latest new on this and more as we get it!
