Gerrard and co return to Anfield with more set to be announced
Football fans, much like gamers, tend to be fairly nostalgic. Sure, the current team is good – but the team a few years back was better. Well then, you’ll be glad to know that PES 2018 are bringing back a select few Liverpool players for their Legends game mode.
At the time of this article, only four players have been announced: Steven Gerrard, Steve McManoman, John Barnes, and Kevin Keegan – and Konami have promised more are on their way. These iconic figures join previously announced players Robbie Fowler, Michael Owen, and Ian Rush.
The move will surely be a welcomed one for PES fans, with the blossoming relationship between Liverpool and Konami paving the way for better likenesses of players and upcoming talent.
PES 2018 is out now for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360 – because Konami get that people loved the 360 and… liked the PS3. If you haven’t had a chance to play PES 2018 yet, then be sure to check back soon as our PES 2018 review will be live!
