StarCraft 2 will be going free to play from November 14, 2017.

Large parts of StarCraft 2 will be available for free including the Wings of Liberty campaign and Versus mode. Kerrigan, Raynor, and Artanis will all be free to play with other commanders being free up to level 5.

For a limited time, players who already own Wings of Liberty (as of October 31, 2017) but have not yet purchased Heart of the Swarm will be able to get the latter campaign free by logging in to the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app and claiming their free Heart of the Swarm gift between November 8 and December 8, 2017.”

Additionally, players who already own any version of StarCraft 2 prior to October 31, 2017 will receive a special Eidolon Ghost skin and three portraits commemorating their founder’s status in the game after StarCraft II goes free.

The additional single-player campaigns are available in the Blizzard Shop; Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void can be purchased for £13 each, as well as Nova Covert Ops for £12. Or, if you prefer, you can purchase them together in the Campaign Collection for £35.
