I guess you could say the update is… explosive?
Konami have released a new update for Bomberman R, bringing with it a nefarious scheme to open to game up to the eSports world.
The update brings a new 3v3 team game which offers two main modes. The first, called “Crystal Match†will have players fighting to collect crystals, with the team that have the most by the end of the game winning the match. The second “new†mode simply follows the standard Bomberman rules – the only difference being that there will be six players.
Players will also get nine new characters, each with new abilities, with the new update and a new level called World 7.
The update is live now and the announcement will be welcomed news to Switch players in what’s been a pretty jam-packed
