Codemasters the aficionados of driving games such as Grid, Dirt, and Formula 1, has announced the release date for this seasons F1 2018 game. Coinciding with the Formula 1 2018 Belgian Grand Prix at the Spa-Francorchamps Circuit, F1 2018 will be released on Friday, August 24.

Headline features for the latest iteration include greater depth in the career mode and more classic cars from F1 history. The classic cars chosen have been taken from popular feedback from the franchises fan-base.

F1 2018 will feature all of the official teams, the drivers and circuits of the 2018 season, so hopefully, we get to see the Circuit Paul Ricard, and Hockenheimring, as the French Grand Prix has rejoined the race roster for the first time since 2008, and the German Grand Prix also returns to the Championship after not featuring last year.

“We were delighted by the reception that the highly-acclaimed F1 2017 game received, and are extremely excited to be able to further build on such a strong starting point with F1 2018. Over the past few years, we have engaged heavily with our fan-base to understand what is important to them and we cannot wait to unveil more details on features we know our fans will love.” said Paul Jeal, F1 Franchise Director at Codemasters.

With E3 just around the corner, we may be in for some more news and updates on what else to expect from F1 2018.

F1 2018 will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
