It’s a double tap.
Twitter user Kofi has leaked images suggesting that Rockstar’s western epic, Red Dead Redemption 2, will be released with two discs. The leak comes off the back of reports that the game’s file size exceeds 100GB, so the prospect of a double disc game might not be too outrageous.
Last thing I’m going to speak on since people are just dying to know. Red Dead Redemption 2 does have a double disc. The first disc is a “Data Disc†and the second is a “Play Discâ€. Probably have to just install first disc. Game does come with a map which I will not share. pic.twitter.com/VnIq2HF8zf

Now, the user suggests that rather than having the game itself unfold over two discs, one disc is your “play†disc and the other is an data disc. Nothing has been officially confirmed by Rockstar as yet, but the prospect does make sense considering those of you who pre-ordered the game have been able to begin the download already.
Red Dead Redemption 2 releases this Friday, October 26 and we’re pretty sure it’s all you’ll be hearing about for quite some time after Rockstar released the latest gameplay trailer and some info about the weapons in the game.
