Tom Clancy has a few quid to spare.

The Rainbow Six Pro League finals get underway this weekend, kicking off November 17 before wrapping up on November 18. You’ll be able to catch all the action from Brazil on the Rainbow Six Twitch channel.

The weekend will begin with the quarter-final rounds, pitting the Brazilian Faze Clan taking on the European outfit Mock-It (formerly named Orgless), while Japan’s Nora Rengo come up against the US-based Rogue. We’ll also see the world champions G2 Esports take on the Brazilian Immortals, and the final match-up sees the new-look Evil Geniuses team come up against Fnatic, as all eight teams look to get their hands on a ludicrous prize money of $275,000 – a sum that would get you roughly 12,498 copies of Rainbow Six Siege (yes, we did the maths).

During the finals this weekend, we’ll also get a first look at what’s in store for the new season of Siege, with Ubisoft set to show off a little more of Operation Wind Bastion and the two new Operators coming to the game.

Meanwhile, Ubisoft announced that they’ve extended their partnership with hardware manufacturer HyperX until August 2019, with vice president of the EMEA region, Geoffroy Sardin, saying that based on the long-running relationship between the two, was happy to renew the partnership, saying; “it’s only logical and with great pleasure that we extend our partnership to the year to come.”
