Milestone’s Ride 3 is finally available at retail and digitally for PC, PS 4 and Xbox One. This new entry in the biking series is the ultimate motorbike encyclopedia and the perfect game for 2-wheels lovers.
The game’s story has completely been revamped with a free XP progression and allows players to choose the bike category that better suits their play style. The game features overs 230 (!) bikes across 7 different categories:
- Sport Bikes
- Maxi Enduro
- Supermoto
- Naked
- Endurance
- Race Superbikes
- Café Racer
Post release DLC will add an additional 70 bikes. The game also includes a total 30 tracks. Furthermore, the game includes a new Livery editor allowing players to give their rides a unique look. There’s a nifty little layer system which allows players to draw images on the motorcycle. All liveries can be shared online in exchange for extra XP and in-game credits.
Ride 3 was developed with the Unreal Engine 4 allowing visual and gameplay improvements. Thanks to aerial photogrammetry and drone-scanning technology, Milestone was able to gather all the necessary data to faithfully recreate environments and details of the tracks. UE4 also allows for a new, more realistic, physic and collision system.
