He’ll have you hooked in no time.
After almost eight years afetr his last appearance as a playable character, Kabal has been confirmed as the latest fighter for Mortal Kombat 11.
As you can see from the trailer above, Kabal is pretty handy with his sharper-than-necessary hooks, and given that he’s pretty quick on his feet, Kabal is able to mix things up in a horribly devastating way. We see that he’s able to jump across one side of the screen to the other, similar to Scorpion’s teleport trick, while his rush move sends opponents into a spin, usually before Kabal impales them a few time with those skewers he’s carrying around.
And rather strangely, Kabal’s fatality is eerily similar to what we saw from Flash in Injustice 2, just without the time travel. Kabalruns at his opponent, sinks a knife into the opponent’s ankle, and then just keeps on running, dragging them behind while the floor just rips away their skin, before the eyes are just… out there.
Kabal looks set to be a bit of a trouble maker in Mortal Kombat 11, and we can’t wait for the game to arrive on PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC on April 23.
