New MMO game from the creators of Stronghold Kingdoms
Firefly Studios has announced a their new project. Titled Romans: Age of Caesar, the game is set to be a brand new city builder game. The game acts as a spiritual successor to their MMORTS Stronghold Kingdoms.
Players will be tasked to rebuild the great cities of Rome by establishing trade routes and protecting each other from barbarian invasion. Each city will have up to 16 players building,, sharing, trading and fighting together. Romans: Age of Caesar will also feature hundreds of cities across the Roman Empire.
After the success of Stronghold Kingdoms, Firefly Studios designed an online city builder where thousands of players work together in order to rebuild the cities of Rome.
Currently on track for a 2019 release for PC and mobile devices, Romans: Age of Caesar is currently in closed alpha with players able to pre-register on the game’s official website.
