“You’re breathtaking!”
A new Cyberpunk 2077 trailer was shown during Microsoft’s E3 conference, giving us a glimpse of some story bits and pieces before revealing its April 16, 2020 release date.
Keanu Reeves, who’ll play some role in Cyberpunk 2077, was on hand to remind us all about what Cyberpunk 2077 is, which was essentially emphasising the word “Cyberpunk,” and then being told he’s breathtaking.
The trailer showed off some of that character customisation with appearance, which will be affected by the choices you make, while we saw another snapshot of how your combat can be customised to suit your playthrough as well.
It’s worth pointing out that with its April 2020 release date, Cyberpunk 2077 will be a current-gen title, and with the PS5 having backwards compatibility, it’ll be interesting to see whether Project Scarlett will have similar backwards compatibility functions or whether we’ll see a next-gen re-release of Cyberpunk 2077 for Microsoft’s platform.
