Switching it up.

Elder Scrolls Blades is getting a huge update which will add a number of new features and is heading to Switch later this year.

Elder Scrolls Blades promises an authentic Elder Scrolls experience, giving you character customisation and procedurally generated, hand-crafted dungeons.

The Blades, the Empire’s top agents, are forced into exile. On the run, you return to your hometown to find it destroyed.

You’ll be able to carry over all your progress from the mobile version and it will be playable in docked or tablet mode. Blades will use the Switch’s unique Joy-Cons and motion controls to support a variety of playstyles.

Bethesda first announced Elder Scrolls Blades for mobile devices – as well as PC and console VR – during their E3 conference last year.

There’s no official Switch release date yet but we can expect it to land towards the end of the year.
