Slasher Horror Has Gone Mobile With ‘Dead by Daylight’ For The Switch

Slasher horror has been successfully stalking its prey on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox One in the form of multiplayer murder-mayhem hit Dead by Daylight from devs Behaviour Interactive; well, good news, the mutilating fun can continue on Nintendo Switch as pre-orders are now live on the Nintendo eShop for Dead by Daylight.

This mature horror game involves either stalking your prey as a vicious serial killer or trying to evade a grisly death and hopefully be a survivor. It’s been out for a few years on other formats and now is getting its day on the Switch. Available from September 24, you can pre-order now and receive a cosmetic ‘Trapper’ skin for your collection.

Dead by Daylight manages to keep the format fresh by occasionally introducing new ‘killers’ throughout its seasons with horror movie icons like Freddy Krueger or Michael Myers. This year we even saw the legendary Ash (Bruce Campbell) from the Evil Dead series added as a survivor. So if gruesome slashy-time fun is your bag you know where to look.
