Good thing Capcom didn’t want to do re-releases of Street Fighter V. But here we are, mere months away from the 2nd SFV re-release.

Capcom has announced Street Fighter V Champion Edition for PC and PS4 which will release on February 14th 2020. This new re-release will include all post-release content to date (excluding Fighting Chance costumes, brand collaboration costumes and Capcom Pro Tour DLC). If SFV:AE taught us anything is that the content will most likely not be on disk.

This re-release will be available for low price of $29.99 / £24.99 / €29.99. For those who already have the core game, you’ll have to fork over an additional $24.99 / £19.99 / €24.99 for the Upgrade kit.

In total, this re-edition of Street Fighter V includes 40 characters, 34 stages, and over 200 costumes. Fighters can battle their way through a variety of exciting single-player and multi-player modes designed for players of all skill levels, including Story Mode, Arcade Mode, Team Battle, Ranked Match, Casual Match and more.

This also comes along with the announcement of a new new character; Gill, the final boss for Street Fighter III. This latest addition to the roster will be available for $5.99 / £4.99 / €5.99 or 100,000 Fight Money in December; if you’re patient, he’s also included in the SF V Champion Edition two months later.
