Book your trip to Valhalla with Viking Cruises!
It’s been confirmed, as Ubisoft announces the release date of Assassins Creed: Valhalla at its Ubisoft Forward event. Available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store on Windows PC, as well as on UPLAY+, Ubisoft’s subscription service and Stadia, Assassins Creed: Valhalla will release on November 17, 2020.
Also, an important side-note for anyone thinking of holding off purchasing Assassins Creed: Valhalla before the new generation of consoles releases – Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla will release on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 upon the launch of the consoles. Players who purchase Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla on Xbox One or PlayStation 4 will be able to upgrade their game to the next-gen version (Xbox Series X or PlayStation 5) at no additional cost.
And here is a nice flashy new gameplay trailer of AC: Valhalla for your viewing pleasure (if you missed the Ubisoft Foward event). It shows off a host of new enemies and ways to get around them, from dual wielding different weapons to even double shields. There is also a quick overview of how you go about upgrading your settlement by pillaging English villages that are located along the riverbanks in range of your longboat. Eivor’s tales are certainly beginning to take shape, and Assassins Creed: Valhalla is looking like another hit for Ubisoft.
