Ignition Publishing will be releasing Italian developer Caracal Games’ OkunoKA Madness to Nintendo Switch, PC (via Steam), PS4 and Xbox One on September 8th. Switch owners of the original OkunoKA will receive it as a free upgrade.
OkunoKA Madness is a game built from the ground-up for speedrunners and is, according to the developer, an evolution of the masocore OkunoKA by adding new levels, bosses, features and challenges.
Players will jump in the shoes of KA, a diminutive blue creature who sets out on a journey to save the world of souls from evil, in as stylish and fast a fashion as possible.
The game offers three different speedrunning modes: across all worlds, single levels, or custom level selection giving players the freedom to test their reflexes and beat the clock by jumping, running and using elemental abilities at breakneck speed.
As you progress through the game, you’ll unlock a huge roster of new characters, all with unique abilities, to transform the way you move and learn new ways to play.
