The Joes are coming back to a console near you as G.I. Joe Operation Blackout has been announced for PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One and will be coming on October 13th.
Operation Blackout is a team-based third person shooter where players will be able to play as 12 playable heroes and villains such as Duke, Snake Eyes, Cobra Commander, Destro, Roadblock, Storm Shadow; among others.
The game will feature split-screen co-op and will take players to monumental locations like Cobra Headquarters and the U.S.S. Flagg through an original story inspired by 80s-style comics across 18 campaign missions.
The upcoming entry in the gaming series of G.I. Joe games will also feature multiplayer mode such as as Capture the Flag, Assault and King of the Hill.
