You asked for me and Ubisoft obliged. After being delisted a few years ago from the PSN and Xbox Marketplace due to licensing issues, Ubisoft has announced that they will release Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game – Complete Edition this Holiday for Google Stadia, Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
The Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game – Complete Edition will include the Knives Chau and Wallace Wells DLC add-on.
This will give newcomers to discovers a great beat’em up while giving returning players a chance to revisit an all-time favorite.
Now we can only hope for a physical version so we can avoid the whole delisting fiasco a second time.
For those who haven’t heard of Scott Pilgrim, here’s a brief synopsis:
Scott Pilgrim is a loveable loser whose life is turned upside down when a mind-blowing delivery girl named Ramona Flowers starts popping up everywhere, even in his dreams. Could she be his true love? But the path to Ms. Flowers isn’t covered in rose petals. The League of Ramona’s Evil Exes stands in the way. To get the girl of his dreams, Scott must not only defeat the seven Evil Exes and their weird hordes of hipsters, emos, paparazzi, aliens, and flying piggy banks (yes, flying piggy banks!) but also take responsibility to become a better person.
