Konami have since announced who will be the face of their next Pro Evolution Soccer line-up.
Football fans the world over have undoubtedly heard of Neymar Jr, the Barcelona forward who saw his club win La Liga and Copa Del Rey domestically.
At just twenty three, he has not only carved himself into the history books of football but immortalised himself in history as the face of PES 2016.
Neymar Jr. stated, “This is a real honour for me to be cover star for PES 2016. The series has long been praised for its sheer level of control and utter realism and I am delighted to be working with such a talented team as Konami.”
Not only is he a player that suitably fits the massive PES brand; you can tell that he pretty excited to have achieved what he has at his tender age!
Players can expect to hear more about the upcoming release when E3 kicks off… so to speak!
